Description
Fiberlogy's FiberFlex CF combines the elasticity of polyurethane (TPU) with the exceptional strength of carbon fibre. This filament not only offers excellent shock-absorbing properties and elasticity, but is also heat-resistant up to 90 °C and has anti-static and electroconductive properties, making it ideal for use in demanding environments.
With a carbon fibre content of 20%, the stiffness of the material is increased to 60D Shore hardness, which enables durable and dimensionally accurate components. At the same time, this stiffness makes the filament particularly user-friendly compared to conventional flexible materials.
► Applications:
- Flexible covers, shock absorbing components, spare parts for the automotive industry
- Device housings, protective covers, cable holders for electronics
- Protective clothing, sports accessories, durable and flexible components for sports/leisure
- Tools, seals, flexible construction elements for home or workshop
