3DJake Color Mix Resin
The 3DJake Color Mix Resin is a high-quality 3D printing resin from Austria.
The mechanical properties of PLA and the thermal properties of ABS (heat resistance 121 ° C) make this material a solid all-round resin for all applications.
The material is developed in Austria and produced in compliance with the highest quality standards. The high-quality raw materials have been precisely formulated to enable precise prints with sharp edges and clear details.
The use of methacrylates also made it possible to dispense with aggressive or particularly harmful ingredients. The smell of 3DJake Color Mix Resin is therefore low-odour and almost imperceptible.
The 3DJake Color Mix Resin is available as standard in transparent with the lowest possible yellowing. By using Resin Colorant, a complete colour spectrum is opened up by simply mixing it in. Individual, transparent or opaque colours are possible. There is something for every application.
More information
Why do some of our 3D printing resins have a slight yellow tinge?
For our resins, which are produced in Austria, we rely on a photoinitiator (the ingredient that triggers the reaction with UV light) called BPO.
In contrast to the most commonly used TPO, this is characterised by its much lower toxicity and is therefore also often used in medical resins.
For us, the decision is clear: your health comes before the optical properties of the material, but we do our best to make our resins look great.
Stay tuned for our latest developments.

I have not been able to print anything decent with it.
Rated with 1 out of 5 stars.
Bought a Elegoo Mars 2 Pro printer with this resin and I have had a horrible experience with this resin. It was impossible to print something with supports with this resin. Every time the scaffolds were not able to support the print. I have tried the biggest supports in Chitubox and exposure times up to 6 seconds (while the Mars 2 Pro has a base exposure setting around 3 seconds). I have tried different things for a week long, but nothing seemed to work. It always was stuck to the FEP film and very hard to remove.
Eventually bought an other resin (basic Anycubic resin) which worked perfectly from the get go with the normal Mars 2 Pro settings. Maybe other more experienced people can get this resin to work with their printer. but I would not recommend it.Was this rating helpful? (10) (4)

Depends on the printer but for the Phrozen Sonic Mini 4k for example it is 4.5 seconds normal layer time, bottom layer time of 45 with 3 layers, lift speed of 80mm/min and retract speed of 120mm/min. Other monochrome printers will have similar settings.
