Really tough and not too hard to print. Details on how I printed...
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
I have used this on 2 printers Rasie3D E2 and BCN3D sigma. So I have used both the diameter options as the the raise takes 1.75mm and the Sigma takes 2.85mm.
Firstly it prints great! if you want strong parts print at 260 degrees C, with zero cooling and 100 Degrees C on the bed.
use a large brim to hold parts down.
Using Hardened steel Nozzles of course. 0.5 on the sigma and 0.4 brozzle from 3d Jake on the raise. (Yes 0.4 was totally fine too). although I have a 0.6 too for this material.
On the sigma glass bed, I used Magigoo PA (for nylon).
On the Raise3D I used the standard build Tak Surface (even though people say you cant!) and Magigoo PA. 3 Coats, and printed with a raft and brim. support separation at 1 layer, top and bottom.
wipes of with water and leaves the build tak surface absolutely fine!
In both cases this left me with successful prints with no warp (except on extreme vertical overhangs).
As soon as cooling fans are introduced, even at 10% I found that I could pick the layers apart on small features and they were not suitable for end use products.
The material has a great look and finish and is capable of producing very strong end use parts.
I highly recommend this fillament!
Its also a good price from 3d Jake.
