Sticky in a good way
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
I don’t even bother buying glue, because it’s sticks to it completely fine, without the need of one!

Single use
Rated with 1 out of 5 stars.
So I installed it on top of my worn out ultrabase, and calibrated to 0.2mm. as instructed. And this is what I found out.
No, PLA prints don't pop off when cooled down.
No, it isn't durable when you have knock a metal spatula with a hammer just to get the said PLA print off, alongside with some of the buildplate material fused to the first layer. (by the way, it can get scratched if you use a feeler gauge for calibration)
No, it does require pre-treatment in form of a buildplate adhesive as separator(!!!).
And even the latter didn't help when I got to printing PETG. Some parts of the first layer fused with the buildplate permamently.
As a result, surface texture is ruined in a single evening of printing. Was this rating helpful? (4) (2)

Good enough
Rated with 4 out of 5 stars.
+ With common filaments very useful, no need hot printbed. For some kind of special filaments need some glue or precious settings, but no filament what not stick to the platform.
Negatives:
- Price to high
- Easily scratched when try remove the printed objects.
PS: Follow the videoguide when putting to the printbed to avoid bubbles under the foil. Was this rating helpful? (0) (1)

Rated with 4 out of 5 stars.
It is a good surface, however including an advertisment for an upgraded product, i.e the removable flexible magnetic surface was a a bit of annoying as I had invested in multiple sheets, a trail sample would have been more conciderate and not felt like a bit of an insult.

Poor adhesive on 609mmx609mm
Rated with 1 out of 5 stars.
I have a modix 120x and my build surface is 1200mmx600mmx600mm and both the buildtaks at 609mmx609mm after heating the bed to 60 degrees started to bubble and corners started to lift. The adhesive property on the bigger sizes is very poor.
