Qidi Tech X-Plus 3

With a build volume of 280 x 280 x 270 mm and speeds of up to 600 mm/s, the FDM high-speed printer X-Plus 3 from Qidi Tech is suitable for professional applications! Its compatibility with Klipper, the stable CoreXY structure and the powerful Qidi high-speed extruder allows it to print at incredible speeds - all while maintaining consistent quality!

CoreXY structure and sturdy all-metal frame

Its CoreXY structure reduces the inertia of the X-Plus 3 to enable greater acceleration and speed.

Thanks to an all-metal frame reinforced with metal crossbars on the bottom, the printer is resistant to deformation.

Linear optical axis made of high-strength steel for greater precision

The durable linear optical axis of the X-Plus 3 is made of high-strength steel. It improves the straightness of the surface and ensures higher printing precision. Thanks to their wear resistance, linear axes of this type require extremely little maintenance and usually last a lifetime.

Lightweight extruder, great performance

X-Plus 3 is equipped with a high-flow direct drive extruder whose weight has been reduced from 1,600g to a breathtaking 600g! With a gear ratio of 9.5:1 and a novel cooling system, stable, fast and smooth extrusion as well as smoother feed and delivery of filaments - without clogging - are ensured.

64-bit Cortex-A53 processor

X-Plus 3 is equipped with an RK3328 quad-core Cortex-A53 64-bit processor with a core frequency of 1.5 GHz. The powerful processor is designed for high-speed printing up to 600 mm/s and an acceleration of 20,000 mm/s² and guarantees a flow rate of 35 mm³/s!

Two nozzles for different material properties

The X-Plus 3 is equipped with two different nozzles:

• The copper alloy nozzle is designed for common materials as it ensures better thermal conductivity and more uniform extrusion;
• The hardened steel nozzle, on the other hand, is better suited for abrasive materials.

Both nozzles are designed for printing temperatures up to a maximum of 350 °C.

Integrated heated chamber up to 65 °C and dry box

X-Plus-3 has a chamber heated up to a maximum of 65 °C with an independent power supply. This heater is extremely efficient when printing complex parts with materials such as ABS or PETG.

The stable temperatures in the heated chamber ensure that the individual layers are printed evenly and there is no layer separation or warping. The filament drying box, which is also part of the contents of delivery, also contributes to this. The dry box keeps the filament dry and away from moisture.

Automatic levelling

Thanks to the smart automatic levelling over 16 points, the height of different points on the heat bed can be automatically equalised.

Long-lasting HF build plate

The scratch-resistant HF build plate has a special coating for particularly good adhesion of the models. After the model is completely printed, the flexible plate can be bent slightly - the model will release itself. You can forget about problems like warping!

User-friendly QIDI slicer software

Thanks to a combination of normal mode and expert mode, the user-friendly QIDI Slicer software can be easily used by both beginners and true 3D printing connoisseurs!

Also compatible with other slicing software like Ultimaker Cura, Simplify3D, PrusaSlicer etc.
