  If you're referring to the Micro Swiss hotend then yes
Will this fit the micro swiss direct drive for the ender 3 please, the thread for the grubscrew has stripped on mine

  It will fit the direct drive but it will only fit the heatbreak from Micro Swiss, not the one from the original Ender 3
