Description

Fiberlogy's PEI 9085 is a high-performance filament made from ULTEM™ 9085 resin, which stands out for its incredible strength and rigidity. The unique filament combines the strength of steel and the lightness of aluminium, making it ideal for the production of components that need to withstand extremely high stress. Ideal for applications in the automotive, railway and aerospace industries where parts printed with this material can be used as substitutes for metal components.

The material is non-flammable (UL94 V0), has high dielectric strength and good thermal conductivity. It is also resistant to abrasion, high temperatures of up to 180 °C, solvents and UV rays.

Tip: PEI 9085 can be used in 3D printers that are suitable for high-temperature materials (PEEK, PEKK, PEI, etc.). To achieve the best printing results, a heated chamber is required to ensure even heat distribution.
