Build quality

The professionally SLS-printed nylon housing parts guarantee maximum strength and precision. The supplied 700 mm cable with quick connectors is equipped with a JST-PH6-to-PC2510 connector as standard.

A Nema17 stepper motor with integrated planetary gear with a gear ratio of 5: 1 as well as precise CNC-milled drive wheels made of hardened steel make the BondTech QR-M a compact power pack for all applications.

BondTech Dual-Drive

The unique dual drive technology ensures an uninterrupted flow of material. Even under the most difficult conditions, there is no need to worry about dragging or slipping.

Compatible with a wide range of materials

The QR-M extruder processes all materials with high reliability, from slippery nylons and soft TPU / TPE filaments to highly rigid and sometimes brittle carbon fibre materials. It is designed for filaments with 1.75 or 2.85 / 3.00 mm.

The filament path is completely guided through the extruder body. The housing is precisely matched to the drive wheels to reduce the likelihood of filament jams when the hot end is exposed to increased backpressure or when using highly flexible filaments.

Adjustable tension

The pressure exerted by the drive wheels on the filament can be finely adjusted. This allows you to adapt the print to your own preferences and optimise it for the type of material used.

Fast material change

With the quick-release lever, a material change can be carried out in next to no time.
