BondTech LGX Lite Mirrored

BondTech's LGX Lite Mirrored is a featherweight (only 48g!) and powerful extruder with a large LGX gear, a maintenance window and a cocking lever with three extremely convenient presets. The extruder consists of a 3D-printed and harmless nylon housing made of polyamide 12, which ensures maximum strength, high precision and outstanding temperature resistance.

The LGX Lite Mirrored Extruder enables independent applications of dual direct extruders. Because one LGX Lite faces another LGX Lite, the cc (centre-to-centre) spacing between nozzles is minimised.

The extruder has larger drive wheels made of hardened steel, which ensures a better hold of the filament. There is an integrated maintenance window on the drive wheels, which makes cleaning easier. The filament path of the LGK extruder is more compact, lighter and more centred, ensuring higher performance and compatibility. In addition, the extruder features M3 mounting holes with multiple mounting patterns, offering versatile and flexible mounting options.

The extruder is equipped with a preload mechanism. This is operated with a lever that can be used to release the tension and set two different positions:

• Position 1 for an application with rigid materials
• Position 2 for an application with semi-flexible and flexible materials.
