Description

This CHT FIN nozzle from Bondtech offers a premium solution for 3D printers that require high temperatures and precise material extrusion.

The copper nozzles are coated with nickel, which gives them greater corrosion resistance and a lower coefficient of friction. The combination of the conductive copper and the protective coating enables smooth and precise extrusion, even at high print speeds. This ensures improved print quality and reduces the likelihood of clogging.

CHT (Core Heating Technology) increases melt flow through better heat distribution inside the nozzle, resulting in faster and more efficient melting of the filament. Thanks to the FIN standard ( Free and open-source Insulated Nozzle), the nozzles are not only thermally more efficient, but also offer easy compatibility with various hotend systems.

Tip: Thanks to a 6 mm hexagon, the nozzle with FIN standard has an innovative nozzle geometry that interlocks with the silicone sleeve, completely insulates the hotend and protects it from cold air and plastic.

Note: Please never change the CHT FIN nozzle when it is cold! Heat the heating block to a temperature of at least 250 °C (280 °C is recommended) before removing or tightening the nozzle. A torque of max. 1.5 Nm is recommended.
