BIQU Universal Turbo Kit, V1.0

The Plug&Play BIQU Universal Turbo Kit allows you to easily install a powerful CPAP fan on your 3D printer. The kit improves compressed air cooling and thus ensures higher printing speeds and better quality.

Powerful & efficient

A specially designed adapter plate gets the most out of the Wonsmart brushless driver. With an air pressure of up to 6.5 kPa, a max. speed of 45000 rpm and a max. air volume of 23 m³/h, the overall performance of the WS7040-24-V200 blower is increased by an outstanding 15% and work efficiency is increased.

Excellent connectivity & wide compatibility

The extremely easy plug-and-play installation is supported by quick-connect terminals, which eliminates the need for effortless crimping. The 2-metre cable included in delivery can be adapted and cut to fit the printer layout.

The wiring on the adapter board has also been designed to be as simple as possible. It has been equipped with a practical lever: Open the lever on the adapter board and insert the wire. Press the lever down to secure the cable. Done!

A voltage range of 5V to 24V is supported, a special GPIO interface for Raspberry Pi is not required. The kit also comes with a set of installation files and screws that are compatible with Voron 2.4*.

Dustproof & quiet

Thanks to an air filter, the Universal Turbo system effectively prevents dust, filters out large filament particles and reduces noise – for a longer service life and stable operation of the fan.
