I have the Kobra Neo and there are more wire then my print head has. Is there any instructions?

I know that the disclaimer says that the product may differ from the actual picture, but I have a Neo and the hot end doesn't look anything like the picture shown. Will it fit?

It broke within 3 days of using it. I did get a refund but it still shouldn't have broken. I'm now stuck in the same position of needing one but not being able to find one, as I'm not trusting this product again
