Sovol SV04

Simultaneously printing from a two-tone model may sound like a creation from a parallel universe, but it isn't! The SV04 from Sovol is an FDM 3D printer with a modular design and an IDEX system (Independent Dual Extruder). The printer has a large build volume and has very interesting and useful features.

Large build volume

The printer convinces with a large construction volume of 300 x 300 x 400 mm and is one of the best 3D large format printers with independent dual direct drive extruders on the market.

Different print modes with different materials and colours

The SV04 has four different print modes:

• Single mode
• Dual mode
• Mirror mode
• Duplicate mode

The Independent Dual Extrusion enables printing with two different colours, two different materials and the simultaneous printing of two models in the same or mirrored orientation.

Independent dual direct drive extruder

The SV04 features two metal Titan extruders, which can finish high-quality prints with different materials. The SV04 is compatible with PLA, ASA, PVA, PETG, TPU, ABS, WOOD, PA and PC.

Automatic levelling

The SV04 is equipped with an auto-levelling sensor. The sensor ensures that there is an adequate distance between the heated bed and the nozzle during the course of the print. As a result, the model adheres well to the heated bed and can be printed in excellent quality.

32-bit silent board

The printer is powered by a Creality V5.2.1 32-bit TMC2209 Silent Board. The ultra-quiet Silent Board has up to 7 stepper drivers and more functions in general.

4.3-inch touchscreen

The SV04's touchscreen is incredibly easy to use and responsive. Ease of use comes first here!

Filament sensors

Thanks to two integrated filament sensors, you will be reminded to change the filament as soon as it runs out. The printer is equipped with two spool holders that ensure the smooth loading of the filaments via practical wheels.

Dual Z-Axis

The accuracy and precise movements of the nozzle are ensured by double Z-axis leadscrew and stepper motors. This results in a Z-axis accuracy of 0.001 mm.

Flexible magnetic build plate

The models adhere excellently to the magnetic build surface Because the plate is flexible, the printed models can be easily detached from the plate. You don't need any tools for this - just bend the plate.

SD card slot and SD card included

As an upgrade that will delight many users, Sovol integrated an SD card slot into the SV04. An SD card is also included! That's what we call customer-oriented work!
