• Can this hot bed be used with 24v instead of 12v?

    Changing the voltage of a heated bed requires replacing the whole heating element which is a bit of a job. We would recommend getting one rated for the voltage you need to begin with.

• This is the bed only correct no glass, hardware, or clips?

    I wouldn't recommend it, its for the Mega X which is way bigger than the Mega Zero

• The blue/green plug does not show any polarity. Does the orientation of that plug on the mainboard matter? If so, what is the correct orientation?

    No the polarity doesn't matter for these beds, they're essentially just big resistors :)
